All gas services consist
of manufacturer’s guidelines service, but in conjunction
with this we also flue gas analyse to ensure the maximum performance
from your appliance.
This is not currently required in the domestic theatre but we
feel to fulfill our servicing obligations it is an essential
part. |

gas problem, boiler or pipe work.

No charge will be levied for us to come along and give our honest,

Power Flushing of Radiation Heating Systems
Whilst undertaking a service we will inspect the condition of
your central heating water. In most cases it will be acceptable.
If you are experiencing problems with cold spots on radiators,
air in radiators or a general lack of performance this could
be attributed to sludge build up in the system.
We can diagnose this and remove this if you wish with the use
of our power flushing machine.
Powerflushing has become a buzz word within our industry over
the last few years but AGS Gas only undertake this if they deem
it to be completely necessary. |

Gas safety Landlord Certificates
As you are aware current legislation states all landlords have
to provide gas certificates for their appliances. Current legislation
does not call for the appliance to be serviced, only to check
it is working to a safe condition. As part of our service, we
service the appliance before we will issue a landlord certificate
to give peace of mind for ourselves, landlord and tenant.
The Certificate issued will be a current CP12 Landlord /Homeowner
